Definitions

• You are not using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from najad88 or any other gambling operator.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

najad88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by najad88 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimately deposited will be returned to the verified payment source.

Age Verification Procedures

najad88 employs automated and manual age verification checks as part of the account registration and KYC process. Players may be required to submit a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence to confirm their date of birth. KYC Verification

najad88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification requires players to submit the following documentation:

One Account Policy

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not yet submitted KYC documents should do so as early as possible to avoid delays on their first withdrawal.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus rules, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to another player's account.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the najad88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending account, the forfeiture of all funds held therein (both real-money and bonus), and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

najad88 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited behaviour may have their accounts suspended without prior notice pending investigation. najad88's determination as to whether a breach has occurred is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 of these terms.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

najad88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account suspension or closure are set out below, though this list is not exhaustive.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by najad88

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by najad88.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. najad88 will attempt to contact the player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling, pending investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their najad88 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players may request a copy of their transaction history within 30 days of account closure by contacting the support team.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, najad88's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

najad88 shall not be liable — under any legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from a player's inability to access the platform due to planned or unplanned maintenance, technical outages, or events of Force Majeure.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where that access was facilitated by the player's own negligence.
• Losses arising from interruptions to third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) that are outside najad88's reasonable control.
• The outcome of any wager placed on the platform, except in circumstances where an administrative error by najad88 has been verified and the error has directly caused an incorrect outcome to be recorded.

Platform Availability

najad88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. Unscheduled outages may occur due to technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or other factors outside najad88's control. najad88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability, provided that najad88 has taken reasonable steps to restore the platform in a timely manner.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which najad88 is incorporated and licensed as an internationally licensed gaming entity. Players who have a complaint or dispute arising from their use of the platform should contact the support team in the first instance. The support team will attempt to resolve the dispute within three business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved at the first support level, it will be escalated to the compliance team for a binding determination within 10 business days. najad88's determination on any dispute is final, subject to any rights a player may have under applicable consumer protection law.
